These Terms and Conditions apply to LAB HR Consultancy, the professional practice of Luis Antonio Bailon, an independent HR consultant based in the Philippines (“Consultant”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

1. Website and Service Information

2. Trade Name and Legal Identity
LAB HR Consultancy is a trade name and not a separate juridical entity. Services are rendered by Luis Antonio Bailon in his capacity as an independent consultant, unless otherwise expressly stated in writing.
3. No Client Relationship by Website Use Alone
Accessing this website, sending a message, booking a call, or requesting information does not by itself establish a client-consultant, employment, agency, partnership, or fiduciary relationship.
A formal engagement will exist only upon mutual written agreement, such as an accepted proposal, signed service agreement, or similar written arrangement.
4. Nature of Services
LAB HR Consultancy provides HR consulting and related advisory services, which may include HR advisory, compliance review, training, HR system development, and related support services.
All services are advisory in nature and are based on the information, documents, and context provided by the client.

The Consultant is not acting as legal counsel and does not provide legal representation. Any labor-related or compliance-related guidance is general and practical in nature and should not be treated as legal advice.
6. Client Responsibility
Clients remain responsible for their own management decisions, implementation, final actions, employment practices, and use of any recommendations, templates, or documents provided.
The Consultant may rely on information supplied by the client and is not responsible for errors, omissions, or outcomes arising from incomplete, inaccurate, or delayed information.
7. No Guarantee of Results
References to improved structure, stronger documentation, clearer systems, or support for alignment with applicable labor standards are descriptive only and do not constitute a guarantee of legal compliance, business results, or particular outcomes.
8. Fees and Pricing
Any fees, rates, or pricing information appearing on the website are general guide figures only, unless expressly stated otherwise. Final fees, payment terms, scope, and deliverables shall be governed by the applicable proposal, quotation, or written agreement.
9. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, website content, proprietary materials, tools, templates, frameworks, and other work product created by the Consultant remain the intellectual property of the Consultant.
Client use of deliverables shall be subject to the terms of the relevant service agreement or written arrangement.
